Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges except where required by applicable law.
2. Digital Products and Immediate Access
By purchasing any digital product, course, or mentorship program, you acknowledge and agree that:

You will receive immediate access to digital content

You expressly consent to the immediate performance of the contract

You acknowledge that you lose your statutory right to cancel once access has been granted
This is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
3. No Guarantees
All products and services provided by Stellar Markets Ltd are educational in nature.
We do not guarantee:

Financial results

Trading profitability

Funded account success

Any specific outcomes
Dissatisfaction with results or performance does not entitle you to a refund.
4. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
By making a purchase, you agree not to initiate unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes.
If a dispute is raised:

We reserve the right to provide evidence of agreement to this policy

We may suspend or revoke access to any products or services
5. Exceptional Circumstances
Refunds may be considered only in exceptional circumstances, at our sole discretion, including:

Duplicate payments

Technical errors preventing access (that we cannot resolve)
Any such requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
